Document Reader SDK 7.7

Document Reader SDK version 7.7 is available for immediate download and can be obtained from the links below:

It is also available for download using our Regula Downloads Manager tool.

Core SDK

• Text data parsing and validation
  • Fixed issue with country code conversion for documents containing a placeholder character that was introduced in the version 7.6
• Other
  • Fixed issue with multithreaded health check that led to crash after some period of active usage, that was introduced in the version 7.6
  • Fixed issue with perforation OCR that was performed and included in the result despite being disabled (processParam.disablePerforationOCR was set to true) when processParam.checkRequiredTextFields was set to true.
  • Fixed issue with missing Document Liveness results when reprocessing on the backend the package collected on mobile in the multipage processing case.
  • Memory usage optimization, processing time and stability improvements.

Core RFID SDK

• Fixed issue with incorrect PA status calculation that was introduced in the version 7.6

Desktop API

• Fixed issue with the mrzproc.dll loading.

Web Service API

• Fixed issue with processing logs that continued to be saved even if disabled when using the Server-Side Verification feature.

PKD

• ICAO PKD master list version 307 included.

Database

• Updated multiple document templates to include OVI, MLI, Contact chip, Holograms, Extended MRZ, Extended OCR, Photo embedding type, Patterns checks where appropriate.
• Includes 251 countries and territories, 15219 documents.
• Added 102 new documents.
