Document Reader Local Web Service logs are enabled by default. You can find them stored in the C:\ProgramData\Regula\Logs directory.
If you cannot find the logs in this location, please make sure that you have not previously disabled them. Open the configuration file Regula.SDK.Service.Host.exe.config, which is located in the installation directory (by default C:\Program Files\Regula\Document Reader Web Service). In this configuration file, find the line add key="DoServiceLogging and change the parameter value to true if it is not already set. After editing the line should look like this:<add key="DoServiceLogging" value="true" />
