Document Reader SDK worker "timeout error"

Issue

Document Reader SDK worker processes are experiencing intermittent timeouts during license verification. This issue appears after upgrading to a newer version of the SDK and occurs even when sufficient system memory is available.

Solution

The recommended RAM allocation for each worker process is 3 GB. This allocation usually helps to fix the problem. However, depending on the specific situation and usage conditions, higher values of available resources may be required.
