Document type is not recognized or recognized incorrectly

Perform the following steps to localize the issue:

  1. Make sure that your license is still active.
  2. Check that you have the latest versions of SDK and document database installed.
  3. Make sure that the document image meets our quality requirements.
  4. Make sure that the processing scenario that you are using includes document type recognition.
  5. Please send the incorrectly recognized document sample to our support team with the subject "Document recognition issue".
