Regula Forensic Studio error "Unable to create directory"

Issue:

When starting Regula Forensic Studio, I get an error with the text: Unable to create a directory.

Solution:

To solve this problem, you should delete the VScope4.xml file in the C:\ProgramData\Regula\Forensic Studio folder. Afterward, go to C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Regula\Forensic Studio and delete the VScope4.xml file.
