Problem when using Regula Forensic Studio with Regula 4307

Issue:

Regula Forensic Studio does not detect the Regula 4307 comparator camera.

Solution:

Software updates for this device were discontinued in March 2020. You can use version 4.2.35.2348 of Regula Forensic Studio to work with this device.

  1. Uninstall the current version of Regula Forensic Studio
  2. Install the Regula Downloads Manager
  3. Click the Forensic Studio tab
  4. Select Previous Versions
  5. Select Regula Forensic Studio 4.2.35.2348 and click Download
  6. Install the software after the download is complete
