Depersonalization of document processing results

In order to enable depersonalization function for the results of document processing (blurring of photos, surnames, first names, personal identification numbers, etc.), you need to do the following:

1. Activate the Document Type Recognition feature

• • Go to Options
  • Open Device tab and mark Document Type Recognition as active
  • Press OK to apply

Alternatively, you can set DoDocumentType=1 in the RegulaReader.ini file located in the C:\ProgramData\Regula\Document Reader SDK folder

2. Download the RegulaReader.zip file with the settings and extract it.
3. Copy the extracted RegulaReader.json file and place it next to the RegulaReader.ini file in the C:\ProgramData\Regula\Document Reader SDK folder.
