How to Install the Rockey4 Device Driver

This guide will help you install the driver for the Rockey4 device, which is required for license management in Regula Document Reader SDK and Regula Licensing.

Requirements

• Installed Regula Document Reader SDK and Regula Licensing applications
• Administrator rights
• Rockey4 driver installation file

Required Steps

1. Download the latest version of the Rockey4 driver from this link.
2. Before installation, disconnect the Rockey4 device from your computer. Then run the downloaded installation file.

   

3. Follow the installer instructions. Make sure to select the parameters shown in the screenshot:

   

4. Make sure that the following applications are installed:
   • Regula Document Reader SDK
   • Regula Licensing
5. Launch the Regula Licensing application and follow these instructions to update the devices.dat file to the latest version.
6. Connect the Rockey4 device to your computer and verify that it appears in the list of active licenses.
