Issue with the 4307 device

Issue

• Device 4307 randomly disconnects from the PC;
• The screen displays a black image from the device's camera;
• There are distortions or malfunctions when displaying video.

Solution

These issues are often caused by outdated drivers or system updates. Install the latest updates for your Windows operating system:

1. Open the Windows menu: click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the screen.
2. Go to update settings:
   • Select Settings (gear icon in the Start menu).
   • In the left menu, select Windows Update.
   • Click Check for updates.
3. Install available updates:
   • If updates are available, click Install under the list of updates.
   • Restart the computer after installation completes.

After updating, check the connection between device 4307 and the PC.
