Error: HttpSetServiceConfiguration completed with 183.

Issue:

Solution:

1. Open Run (Win+R), type services.msc
   
2. Find Regula IRS Data Service FDS, right-mouse click on the service, and push Start.
   Check if your FDS database works.

If it doesn't help to solve the issue, please delete the Regula FDS Data service from Apps and Features and install it again.
