Incompatibility issue of GrabeeX-light with the Windows 10 drivers

Issue:

Regula devices may malfunction while using the GrabeeX-light on Windows 10 operating system.

Solution:

The reason for this behavior is the incompatibility of GrabeeX-light with the drivers of the Windows 10 operating system. For now, the only solution, in this case, is to use the Windows 7 operating system with the latest available updates.
