IMPORTANT: UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS

The condition of the cargo and the ShockWatch indicators, if their labels are present on the cargo, should be verified before accepting the package from the courier.

Immediate reporting to the contact person at Regula, a formal note by the courier, and photographs of the package from all angles are required if:

• The packaging or the device itself is visibly damaged

• ShockWatch labels are present on the cargo, and:

  - There is no ShockWatch sensor on a ShockWatch warning label

  - At least one ShockWatch sensor is activated (Red)

Note: Failure to properly record damage upon receipt and follow these instructions may result in the rejection of any subsequent damage claims.
