The FullAuth scenario is not working on a mobile device.

Solution:

• Check the version of the Core used on the mobile device. Make sure that the latest version is installed.

• Check the version of the FullAuth database used on the mobile device. Make sure that the latest version is installed.

• Download the database from the provided link.
• If you are using the prepareDatabase function, make sure that the identifier is specified correctly.
• Check the type of license used. If you are using an ML license, make sure that you are using the Mobile Auth SDK, not the SDK Service Full.
