Long processing time on Apple devices with the M1 and M2 processors

Issue:

My request takes too long to process on computers with M1 and M2 processors..

Solution:

Currently, the issue is related to the compatibility between the service and ARM processors architecture, such as M1 and M2. To solve the problem, we recommend using computers based on AMD and Intel x86-x64.
